Retention period
Data is processed and stored for the period required by the purposes for which it was collected.
Therefore:
Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the contract has been fully executed.
Personal Data collected for purposes connected with the legitimate interest of the Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied. TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
Cloverly does not intend to transfer data to third countries (non-EU countries).
USER RIGHTS
